After spending several years in Alicante and the surrounding area, we agreed in 2018 to look for a holiday apartment. We found several apartments in the spring of 2019 at homes-abroad.com, which we thought would suit us well. We contacted them and arranged the viewing trip to Spain. We were picked up at our hotel and were out looking at several apartments. However, we did not find the one that just suited us.

At home again, we were in continued dialogue with Homes-abroad.com, who found several new properties for us. We therefore went to Spain again in the fall, where we looked at 8 different apartments and finally found the right one for us. We chose to use the lawyer and bank recommended by Homes-abroad, which was a very good choice as they speak our language and have been very helpful.

We can definitely recommend homes-abroad.com, to anyone who wants to buy a holiday home in Spain.

We met homes-abroad.com for the first time at the Copenhagen property fair in 2019, where we had a good and constructive talk with Christian Boesen.
This meeting has now resulted in the purchase of our apartment in Altea la Vella on the Costa Blanca north.

During the whole process, from the first contact to your office in Alicante, to the final purchase of the apartment in Altea, we have received a fantastic treatment from your two employees Nikolaj Østergaard and Line Lútzow.

During our review of the selected apartments that we were to visit during the 3 days we were in Spain, Line and Nikolaj had planned our visit perfectly so that there was time to see the selected apartments, look at the areas and beaches around the apartments as well as also time for a good breakfast.

The deed was signed yesterday, along with the lawyer that you recommended and also this choice worked perfectly.

All in all, we just want to say that you can be very pleased with your employees in Alicante. We couldn't have wished for a better treatment.

The very best regards to the entire team behind homes-abroad.com

We would like to give Nikolaj Østergaard from the homes-abroad.com office in Alicante our warmest recommendations and thanks.

Our small town house in Sagra had been for sale since June 2018 at another real estate agent and not much happened.

We therefore contacted homes-abroad.com in September 2019 and Nikolaj was on the case. And then finally something happened.
He was super efficient and soon started the viewings. The house was sold in just 4 months.

Nikolaj has been deeply engaged and very comfortable throughout. Always quick to answer our many questions and we have felt completely safe.

Our best recommendations and thanks to homes-abroad.com

We have had the pleasure of buying our property through homes-abroad.com and their office in Alicante. They have given us great support in our quest to find our new holiday home in Gran Alacant.
It was great to be picked up at the airport and transported to all the properties. Nikolaj Oestergaard, who is their area manager, had arranged all the viewings so that there was no waste of time. Nikolaj could always answer our many questions along the way.

In addition, homes-abroad.com has a lawyer, who reviews all the paperwork - We also got help with banking and insurance.

We would highly recommend using homes-abroad.com if you are looking for a property on the Costa Blanca.

Just a few words about our experience with homes-abroad in Spain.

We are extremely happy with the service we have received in regard to our property purchase on the Costa Del Sol. Lotte from the local office in Fuengirola is incredibly professional, always punctual and always happy and friendly. She showed us a good selection of homes and had a great feeling from the start with what we were looking for.

We will definitely come back to you in the future.

Thank you so much for the cooperation so far.

Sincerely,

We had for some time been looking for an apartment close to the train route from Fuengirola to Malaga, and in this connection, we met Lotte from Homes-abroad.com. She made such an impression on us, so we decided that we would like to use them as our advisor.

Lotte was always well prepared for the apartments for sale and her service is unmatched. Whether we emailed early in the morning or late at night, we got an answer right away. The deal was completed to our satisfaction and their after-sales service (key delivery, help with craftsmen etc.) was also in top.

You can safely contact Lotte and homes-abroad.com if you are going to buy a home on the Costa Del Sol.

After having searched for a property in Mallorca for a few years, we had come to the realization that our economy could not cope with the market there, according to our wishes. We were therefore recommended by homes-abroad.com to try a closer look at the area of Costa Blanca north, which in many ways is very similar to Mallorca. We ended up finding our dream home in beautiful Javea.

A special thank you to Sascha who had done a great job for us before visiting the Costa Blanca north and a big thanks to Christian for recommending us the area.

Homes-abroad had control of the location, price and besides, the area was absolutely beautiful. Also, a big thank you to their area manager who drove around with us. Their knowledge of the different cities gave us a good insight into where we would buy our holiday home in relation to our criteria.

We can only give the warmest recommendations to the company. Thanks for the advice and guidance.

Sincerely,

Here's a big recommendation from me, who is both a buyer of several apartments and now also a seller of an apartment in Fuengirola.

I just sold an apartment through homes-abroad.com because I need a bigger apartment. It was obvious for me to ask them to help me with the sale as they have been responsible for all my property purchases in Fuengirola so far.

Lotte Kristiansen, their area manager, always has a strong determination to get the buyer and seller to reach an agreement. In fact, the best thing is that I don't have unnecessary work in the process and can trust that all appointments are kept throughout.

I strongly believe that both buyer and seller shall be satisfied, and Lotte got that 100% in place, also here at my first sale.

Now homes-abroad.com is going to help me with my next home purchase in the area.

After searching for property on the Costa del Sol for a year, we finally managed to find the right location as well as the right house with the help of Homes-abroad and Lotte Kristiansen.

Lotte Kristiansen and homes-abroad have been a good support throughout the process in the search process, have always been present and easy to get in touch with every inquiry we have addressed to them.

Lotte Kristiansen is extremely competent and has been very helpful in connection with the transaction itself, including correspondence with the seller about the purchase as it is a project property we have purchased.
It is a great advantage with a local broker with many years of experience when you buy property abroad.

We can safely recommend Homes-Abroad and Lotte Kristiansen in particular when buying a home on the Costa del Sol.

Warmest recommendations,
