Villa with big pool and tennis court This spacious villa with wonderful sea views is located on an unusually large plot for the coveted Cas Catalá area and is a paradise especially for sports lovers and in general for a large family that enjoys outdoor activities. Apart from spacious terraces and a large heated pool, the property is completed with a tennis court that can also be used to practice other sports. The villa is spread over 3 floors. Through the slope of the plot, one enters the house through the middle floor, which offers a living area with several spaces: a living room, a cozy room with a fireplace to read or watch television, a spacious dining room, a large kitchen, an office, a laundry room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garage for 2 cars. Outside conveniently near the kitchen and dining room is a porch with barbecue area. On the upper floor we find the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite. On this floor there are also 2 more bedrooms and access to several terraces with fabulous views of the sea and Palma. On the lower floor there is another living room, a small kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom en suite. The spa and fitness area consists of a sauna, a Turkish bath, a bathroom and the gym with a variety of machines. This area connects perfectly with the terrace with jacuzzi and from there you can access the large garden with solarium, swimming pool and the multi-sports court. There is also an apartment for the staff there. Rarely does a house with these characteristics come on the market that is ideal for a large family or to receive and entertain many guests in a privileged location so close to Palma and everything that the Bendinat and Portals Nous area has to offer.
