Attention investors, this is a chance to purchase a large piece of paradise in the Benissa countryside, only a short drive to the towns and beaches on the coast. This plot is a rare development opportunity, in total it is 73,751m2 and it includes terraces perfect for construction, terraces which are currently used to grow grapes, some ruins from an old building and water deposits, a pine forest and a valley. Water is in the road nearby and there is also a pylon on the border of the plot. Access to the plot is by a tarmac road and there are three possible entrances. This south facing plot with sea and mountain views, located on the Pedramala/Biasner border, offers the new owner lots of possibilities. Choose the size and situation of the property you want to build, choose the views you want to enjoy and choose the distance from your closest neighbours. Do you want to build stables, do you want a guest house, do you want to grow fruit trees. There are always so many questions to answer when you want to build a finca/country house, but when you have a plot of this size there are far fewer restrictions, so you can create exactly what you want as long as it follows the Benissa town hall building regulations. The orientation will make it perfect for solar installation and therefore very cheap to run. - Distances:- Closest restaurant 1.8km- Closest supermaket 3km- Calpe 5.9km- Moraira 11.3km- Bassetes water sports centre 5.4km- Golf course 7.6km- Motorway access in Benissa 7.2km - For further information about this plot or to visit the plot, please do not hesitate to contact us.
