For those who love mind-blowing views, this is definitely the right place! At the front of the property, you immediately notice the sleek white wall with wooden gate that gives the property the necessary privacy. When the entrance door opens and we arrive on the terrace, you are immediately treated to the beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and coastline. We enter the house through a 3-piece sliding door that also offers panoramic views of the sea. The living room is open-plan and connects directly to the kitchen with breakfast bar. On either side of this living room are a bedroom, each with its own bathroom. Next to the living room is also a small separate storage room. In the lounge under the pergola or in the 6 x 3 pool, you can spend hours enjoying the beautiful sea views. The outdoor areas are not very large but enough attention has been paid to making them extremely user-friendly. Indeed, there is a separate toilet, outdoor shower and enough space to extend the outdoor kitchen a little more. Just outside the house, stairs lead to a lower area where there is a third bedroom and bathroom. The house is located on 10,000m² of land where 70 avocado trees are already growing. There are also 20 olive trees and some 60 vines along with a few other fruit trees. A local neighbour maintains this piece of land and also ensures the best price when selling the harvest. Proceeds from the avocados cover the annual maintenance costs on the land and also provide fresh olive oil and avocados for home consumption. There is a 160,000-litre water storage tank which is more than enough to irrigate the producing trees and supply the house with water.
