Finca located in the municipality of Mula, bordered by the town of Bullas, Murcia. This Finca has an área of 72 hectares, all planted with pines except what is planted with almond and olive trees, distributed as follows… 4000 almond trees in 30 hectares and 360 olive trees. It has an artisanal water well that collects 3 cubic meters of water per day, plus four drinking water points at the same door of the farm. To have electric, it can be coupled with a generator , gas oil or solar panels. The farm has two rafts in the absence of putting the waterproofing fabric to collect water from the well and to water part of the farm. Also on the farm you can build a 200m2 house and two 100m2 warehouses each one, the permits to build the properties and the warehouses are granted by the Ministry of Environment of the Murcian community and by the Municipality of Mula.
