We are pleased to offer for sale this WEST facing Rondella villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort.  The property is located in a really peaceful location on the resort opposite pretty fountained gardens.  The villa is being sold furnished with aircon in the lounge and gas central heating.  It is a short walk from the onsite Ona Hotel and clubhouse.  On the resort you will find a supermarket, first class golf and the MMGR club with mini golf, gym, padel and restaurant.  Just outside the resort on the Boulevard are a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes.   The Mar Menor beach town of Los Alcazares is a short drive, Murcia airport 20 minutes and Alicante an hour. The house has been very well looked after by the owners who bought from new.  You enter into the double height lounge diner with patio doors to the covered tiled terrace.  This leads to the tiled garden and 6x3m2 pool.  The garden is very private and on a good sized plot so plenty of entertaining space and room for sun beds.  Stairs lead to a sunny roof solarium where you can enjoy views over the golf course.  There are two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, the master has an ensuite bathroom and a further separate guest shower room.  The kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage cupboards and built in oven hob and extractor.  This is a great villa for those wanting to put their own stamp on a property.  Contact us to book a viewing appointment.
