APARTMENT IN TORREVIEJA. Come visit a beautiful two-bedroom ground-floor apartment in the “Alegria 1” residence in Torrevieja, Spain. It is conveniently located just five minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean, in the city centre and close to all amenities. The building has an underground parking space as well as a rich infrastructure. The ground floor has a comfortable recreation area with a large swimming pool, sauna and playground. You can also enjoy the sun on the communal roof terrace. It has an open kitchen with a living area, fitted wardrobes and a swimming pool open all year round. The common areas include a communal solarium with a BBQ, a relaxation area and a children's playground. The building is just 700 meters from the city beach and close to all services (supermarkets, town hall, bus station, health centre). Golf courses are only a few kilometres away, and sandy beaches with natural pine forests are only 2 km away. Torrevieja is a quiet city; all services, such as restaurants, bars, shops, banks, leisure areas, etc., are available all year round. Every Friday, a market is organised in the city, and many people buy local products. Torrevieja has a large marina with activities all year round, a large sports centre with paddle tennis, tennis, and football, and a large heated swimming pool open all year round. There is also a library with free Wi-Fi and computers. Torrevieja is only 45 km from Alicante-Elche Airport (El Altet), from where, due to the demand for tourists on the Costa Blanca, many flights depart daily with connections to the main European cities.
