In January 2021, we started looking for a holiday home in the Alicante area. We came across various property sites, but nobody guided us in the direction and desires we had. We then got in touch with Line from homes-abroad.com, who immediately understood which direction and search area it should be. We were shown several homes via FaceTime and in the end, we managed to find and buy the right home. When we were pressed for time, Line calmly steered us further in relation to lawyer, bank, etc., which meant that we had peace of mind throughout the process.

If we could give stars, - yes, then it would be the maximum for homes-abroad.com and not least Line, which we trusted during the entire buying process.

Yours sincerely

We had been looking for the right place to buy our holiday home for several years and in the autumn of 2020 we decided that the area Costa del Sol East (east of Malaga) seems to be the right place for us. Until February 2021, we had searched all the housing sites covering this area and felt really well prepared and ready to contact various brokers. By detours, we had also come in contact with homes-abroad.com and their area manager Tine Villanueva and after an initial talk, we ended up leaving Tine in charge of all further searches.

Tine demonstrated a really good ability to ask about wishes / requirements and not least group these so that they made sense and became operational. Over the next few months, Tine presented several homes for inspiration, which made us completely sure of the types of homes and area we wanted to see, as well as narrowing the field of homes to 14, which we were presented on a tour in May 2021. All homes met the agreed criteria and not a single one of the houses was "hit by''. We ended up signing a reservation on this trip and took over our new house in August 2021.

The whole process was smooth and this must be attributed to Tine's competencies and not least personality and ability to make "things happen". We can only recommend potential buyers to contact homes-abroad.com, early in the process to get the best and most flexible experience. They can also assist with knowledge of law and similar services as needed.
The absolute best recommendations for homes-abroad.com and Tine Villanueva.

Thank you for the effort homes-abraod.com and not least Sascha Rudkjøbing - You get our warmest recommendations.
Our holiday apartment in Mallorca had been for sale for a while with a local real estate agent and not much happened. Then came the corona shutdown and in the spring of 2021 we wanted something to happen and we therefore contacted homes-abroad.com

When Sascha got on the case, something happened! There were several viewings and the apartment was sold in a few months. Homes-abroad.com has a sense of reading the customers' wishes and needs and quickly found the right marketing.

Throughout the process, we have been pleased that they have answered our many questions quickly and ensured a good and safe housing trade.
Our best recommendations and thanks to homes-abroad.com

We contacted homes-abroad.com as we had been working for a long time with the idea of buying a house in Spain - more specifically in Albir on the Costa Blanca coast.

We came in contact with their area manager Line Lutzow who throughout the process has done everything she could to help us and answer all the questions we had. She has been incredibly flexible in changing agreements, and it has been nice in the process to have someone who knows all the facts about buying in Spain.

Line is a beautiful down-to-earth girl with a twinkle in her eye, who in the best way has helped us around the jungle it has sometimes been to find our way around.

Our best recommendations for homes-abroad.com :)

Many thanks to homes-abroad.com and their Costa del Sol area manager Lotte Kristiansen, for patient help from the idea of buying a home in Spain to completing the purchase a year later.

From start to finish we have received good information and Lotte has always been ready to help. Also when it all went wrong in the crucial phase with an unfortunate choice of lawyer from our part. What the first lawyer could not do in 10 days, the lawyer homes-abroad.com recommended did in a few hours.

All the way we have felt in safe hands and we give 5 out of 5 stars to homes-abroad.com

Yours Sincerely,

Another 5-star review of homes-abroad.com

Huge thanks to Tine Villanueva from homes-abroad.com for finding our dream home in Árchez / Cómpeta east of Malaga.

During a long winter where we spent many hours, and a myriad of searches on housing sites all over the world in the Malaga area, we were lucky to get in touch with Tine - area manager for the Costa del Sol east.

With great sense and empathy for our wishes, Tine found many fine homes of good quality which we were to inspect at the beginning of May. Over three hectic days, we managed to find the dream home and sign the deal, and after that it also went fast.

Throughout the process, we are helped well through in an easy and transparent way, where we relied on Tine's recommendations, also in terms of choosing a lawyer and craftsman that we are really happy with.

With a big smile and as well as her positive approach, Tine has made the home shopping a super good experience for us.

We would like to give our best recommendations to Tine and the team behind Homes-abroad.com 😊

Many greetings,

We would very much like to send a warm recommendation to homes-abroad.com and their area manager Line Lützow, which we have been incredibly happy about.

We were very insecure and away from the familiar surroundings of our home purchase on the Costa Blanca, but Line, with whom we immediately had good chemistry, showed us great help with the purchase of our dream house.

Throughout the process, we have received a super and personal treatment and Line has also been a great help in terms of both practice and creating contact with both advisors and craftsmen.

We would definitely recommend others to make use of homes-abroad.com

Sincerely,

We have just completed our purchase of our new holiday home in Andalusia. We have received super help and guidance from their Costa Del Sol office and in particular by their agent, Vincent Christoffersen. He has been a really good support in both viewings, negotiation and contact to a lawyer etc.

We have had many questions and Vincent has always been trustful and available.

We can highly recommend Homes-Abroad.com
