The house has very good access and, a few meters from the house, there is a small parking area where you can easily park your car and go down to the house comfortably. Going up some stairs from the street, you reach a plateau where you will find the entrance door of the house, which is part of the property. Right next to it, there is an independent laundry room that could be removed, allowing a front terrace to be built where you could sit and have an aperitif while enjoying the good weather all year round. The house consists of a living room, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a small flight of stairs that leads to the rest area of the house, with two good-sized bedrooms.
