A Rural Tourism Business Opportunity! Discover the charm of the villages of the Alpujarra of Granada with this investment in rural tourism. Located in Carataunas, we find the old Rural Hotel El Montañero, an ideal retreat for nature lovers. The main house has 7 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two of them also have a private terrace. The space fitted out as the hotel reception communicates with 3 more rooms which, in its day, corresponded to a boiler room, laundry and storage room. The following space consists of 2 lounges, a kitchen and a storage room, an ideal space for a restaurant. The lounges have a large capacity for several tables and both have fireplaces, creating a cosy atmosphere with a unique rustic charm. From one of the lounges there is access to a small wine bodega. On the main terrace we find the swimming pool and a room that was used as a beach bar. The area is ideal for the restaurant to have an outdoor space or a chill-out area next to the pool. On a second level we have another large terrace, which successfully completed its function as a solarium. Perfect area for sun beds and parasols and to enjoy the panoramic views it offers. There are also what used to be two separate flats. One of them has two bedrooms, bathroom en suite and kitchen open to the living/dining room. The other has a private terrace, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and kitchen open to the living/dining room. On the next level, there are 6 independent bedrooms and 2 public bathrooms. In the area fitted out as the hotel car park, there is a building that corresponds to 5 bungalows. Next to it were the horse stables and a closed garage. Don't miss the opportunity to invest in the many possibilities that this place offers and to adapt it to your taste! The villages of La Alpujarra attract thousands of tourists who are curious to get to know the culture and all the corners with that Andalusian touch that characterises them. Suitable for all kinds of leisure and activities, explore this natural landscape by hiking, horse riding or cycling.
