Unique opportunity to buy the Fabrica de Aceite in the village just below Comares. All the equipment is in place and there is a well which gives 200,000 litres of water, although the building has town water and electricity. There are several large rooms above the factory, all with original floor tiles, but the roof of this part of the factory needs renewing. The house itself is in good condition and consists of: 4 bedrooms, fitted kitchen, bathroom, 2 lounges with long terrace with steps leading up to roof terrace. It would make a superb rural hotel.
