From the upper area of the land closest to the road from Maria de la Salut there are panoramic views of the countryside, towards San Salvador. Access from Maria de la Salut is less than a 1 km, making it possible to walk from the plot into the village, and the beaches of Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and the bay of Alcudia are a twenty minute drive away.
