Set in the green hills of Comares, in the beautiful Axarquía region of Málaga, this authentic renovation project offers 5,000 m² of private land and plenty of potential. It is a property full of history and character, ideal for those looking for a project in nature without being completely isolated. The property forms part of an old Andalusian cortijo. Due to its attached layout, it has the feel of a traditional village house, but with the added benefit of private land, garden space and open countryside views. The land includes olive trees and vines. In the past, the family even produced their own wine here, giving the property a unique and authentic story. The house is distributed over 2 floors and has a total built size of 133 m². Inside, there are several rooms that can be fully renovated and adapted to the buyer’s own taste. Original features such as thick walls, wooden beams, traditional windows and the simple Andalusian layout provide a beautiful base for creating a charming home. A special feature is the former outdoor kitchen, where paella was once prepared in the fireplace. This space could be transformed again into a cosy outdoor kitchen, covered dining area or atmospheric corner for long summer evenings. There is also an old water deposit on the property, which could potentially be converted into a small plunge pool. Together with the vines, garden area and south/southwest orientation, this offers many possibilities for creating a pleasant outdoor living space. The views are open and rural, overlooking the surrounding hills, olive groves and countryside. Thanks to its good access, this project is ideal for buyers looking for peace and nature while still being within reach of local amenities. An important advantage is that all built areas are officially registered in the documentation. The property also has mains water and electricity, making this an attractive and realistic renovation project in Andalusia. A property with great potential, perfect for nature lovers, creative buyers and anyone looking to restore an authentic home in a peaceful location near Comares.
