High End Living Steps from Bellver Castle This fantastic new project, "Bellver Oaks," is by a Nordic real estate developer that creates living spaces that are comfortable and functional through design, sustainability, and quality. "Bellver Oaks" is a small community of only seven 2-bed / 3-bed residences, with gardens and/or ample terraces or the spectacular penthouse with private pool. Each property includes a parking and storage room. The community enjoys a community pool and chill-out area. Son Armadans takes its name from the noble family of Armadans, which died out in the 16th century and was a well-known part of the Mallorcan nobility. You can still admire part of their estate, easily recognisable by the round tower next to another rectangular tower that stands at the junction of Pilar Juncosa and Almirante Gravina streets. This quiet and stately neighbourhood is bordered by Santa Catalina, Paseo Maritimo, Bosque de Bellver, El Terreno and Son Espanyolet. This already says a lot about its privileged location. Add to this the wide and leafy streets, the proximity to prestigious international schools, Bellver Park and the yacht clubs of the Paseo Maritimo, and you can see why the neighbourhood has always been so sought after. Situated between Palma's two booming districts, Santa Catalina and El Terreno, it was only a matter of time before Son Armadans became the object of desire for those who crave a relaxed lifestyle in a privileged setting, close to everything yet completely independent. Numerous high-end developments between Avenida Joan Miró, Calle Castillo de Bellver and Calle Son Armadans itself, testify to a development that claims the qualification of "Palma's best residential area".
