This rustic-style kitchen is an ideal place to enjoy and spend time with family. A masonry arch connects the kitchen to the living room, which in turn opens onto a bright sunroom. From here, through the large sliding door, you can enjoy beautiful views of the pool and have direct access to the terrace. Returning to the kitchen, you enter a hallway where three bedrooms are located, with a bathroom situated between them. At the end of the hallway is the spacious master bedroom, which has its own en-suite bathroom. The terrace is fully fenced, providing a safe and private outdoor space.
