South facing plot in Bell Lloc Plot for sale in the wonderful residential development of Bell Lloch, surrounded by nature and peace, just 5 minutes by car from the picturesque town of Santa Cristina d’Aro and 7 minutes from the popular coastal towns of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Platja d’Aro. Important planning information: The plot is classified as urban land. However, due to the current planning situation related to the POUM of Santa Cristina d’Aro, it is not currently possible to obtain a building permit. Therefore, any construction project will have to wait until this situation is resolved and the Town Hall allows the granting of the corresponding permits again. It is recommended to consult the municipal technical services to learn about the applicable planning conditions and their evolution. Bell Lloch offers a privileged residential setting, surrounded by extensive forests of pine, oak and cork trees, ideal for those seeking peace and nature without giving up proximity to the beaches, shops and services of the Costa Brava. Santa Cristina d’Aro combines the charm of a traditional Catalan village with an excellent location, just a few minutes from some of the most attractive beaches and towns in the area.
